Communicating In Chaotic Environments

How do you, or will communicate in a chaotic environment? I raised this issue to a reader, in the big, crazy-paced telecommunications company. Many of the projects operation at the same time, there are many inter-linking project teams.in this kind of an environment, an independent team to carry out its work, but at the same time, depending on each other for critical information. If there is no information in this regard, time is wasted and progress slowed.in broader sense, the challenges facing is to create, and communications systems, the collection, processing and transmission of important information. With this information, teams can work more efficiently and effectively and readers reported that one solution, emerged in a technical forum around a very large project. He said that although the participants exchanged technical information, a lot of value from this process, as well as content.specifically, many participants get to know the experiences with each other, share their experiences and vision. This opened up a person-to-person channels does not exist any more. New, informal networks developed and the participants to find other avenues of information.therefore, he suggested quarterly meetings may be a good idea, because they provide a mechanism for the further development and expansion of these networks.my proposal to add their own experiences and ideas. I suggest that the team developed an information request on the list, and its planning meetings. After clarify such a list, team members can begin a search for a place, and how they obtained this information. In In other words, objectives, strategies approach.teams to ask: What information do we need? Why do we need it? Where and when can we find? Who can get it, and from whom? This requires information shopping list to a new level, but not necessarily by adding a lot of time to this process. And specifically identified, should be able to collect information faster easier.on??related issues, technology has opened up a number of interesting opportunities for better communication in such an environment. E-mail, discussion groups, and internal databases provided by the sources, and to give criticism information.on??smaller scale and more confusion, I have set up several closed, the Internet discussion group, the Association for the Volunteers with me. They provide a good forum to discuss the meeting or other recreational togethers.perhaps facing the greatest challenge is to create e-commerce mechanism, and actively absorb information, rather than just passively route it to the participants. One way to do so, this may be the establishment of the Group, including requests for information, display and answered.while such a process might not work for some organizations, behind, it should be for most. That is, we can establish an effective communication system, when we start with a strategic approach, working backward from our objectives of the things, we will do.in In short, even in the chaotic environment, we can develop systems that lead to good communication, so that we availability, and to give criticism information.robert floor, Abbott wrote and published Abbott's communication letters.
